The Stockhorn is 2190 meters high and is accessible via cable car. It has a restaurant at the top, just under the summit from where you have a very nice view of the Bernese Alps and of Thun and the Thunersee in the valley. The summit of the Stockhorn is a good starting point for many hikes. There is good fishing (especially for trouts) in the two lakes right below the Stockhorn, the Oberstockensee and the Hinterstockensee.
